Word of Set Part 4

Inspirations

The 4th Part is the Knowledge of the Way of Power & Pleasure, which resonates to me with Rulership of the Outer World, and Acquisition of Strength.  The 4th Part is heralded by the Apocalyptic Horseman of ‘Death’.

Each Choice we make to bring pleasure and power will necessitate the death of a thousand thousand things that will never be.  To acquire the the Strength to sacrifice our self, to our self, is a way to obtain a ‘magical Force of Being’.

Results

I ruminated on habits – at some point in time the actions behind the habit was a source of power and pleasure. I thought about that for a long time, a few weeks beforehand.  At the end of this working my work was to transmute the power and pleasure from a particularly strong ‘habit’ back into myself.  It’s been an interesting experience to be ‘present’ during this process of quitting such a strong physical and emotional habit – certainly not fun but insightful.
